moi je les aiment jeunes avec des oeufs et un peu de truffes, un tour de moulin à poivre et roule simone..ah non, roule ma poule....
J'ai le même laurier, et au pied du laurier, devine qui? La chachatte, qui ne croit pas à une pareille corne d'abondance! Elle attrape deux merles par jour en ce moment, et moi je cours après les lui faire lâcher. Des fois j'y arrive.
Hummm tu va te faire encore de belles fricassées de champignons...à la persillade ils sont délicieux.
